Queer FM Interview – Aug 22, 2025
I will be interviewed by Queer FM on CiTR 101.9 FM, a long-running radio show that highlights queer artists, writers, and changemakers. We’ll be discussing my forthcoming essay collection, which explores the raw terrain of sex, death, and queer identity—unpacking grief, pleasure, and the body’s wisdom through a deeply personal lens. The conversation will offer space to reflect on how writing can hold both rupture and resilience, and how queerness shapes the way we tell the truth. Since joining Queer FM in 2012, she’s co-hosted the flagship Tuesday and Friday morning show on CiTR 101.9 FM, blending reggae, dancehall, Caribbean, and Canadian queer sounds while highlighting cultural news and events.
